From survival to sardari.

Why the Order exists

From survival to sardari

  1. Then

    Survival

The generation before us arrived with very little. They took the hard jobs, worked the long hours and built a foundation so their children would not have to start where they did.

  2. Now

    Success

Our generation built on that foundation. We are qualified and established, building businesses and careers in every industry. But that success is scattered. Capable men work in separate rooms and rarely meet in the same one.

  3. Next

    Sardari

The next step is leadership. Bring that strength together, hold it to a standard, and become the reference point the next generation looks up to. That is what the Order is for.

Sardari noun Leadership. The standing a man earns, and carries for others.

The Order

The Sovereign Order brings capable Punjabi men into one room, holds them to one standard, and builds something the next generation can stand on.

Six pillars shape what we do together.

  • Identity & Presence

How a man dresses, speaks and carries himself, and the impression he leaves in a room.

  • Security & Resilience

Situational awareness, self-defence and composure under pressure. The ability to protect yourself and the people who depend on you.

  • Relationships & Social Mastery

Communication, negotiation and public speaking, and a network built on trust and reputation.

  • Culture & Refinement

Tailoring, dining, watches, cars, travel and the arts. Taste, and the confidence to host well.

  • Health & Longevity

Strength, fitness and the discipline to stay capable for decades.

  • Giving Back

Mentorship, service and charity. What we build here is meant to be handed on.

The Code

Sat Sri Akal.

Every man who enters greets every member in the room, one by one, with a handshake. Nobody is left unacknowledged. It is the first standard of the Order, and the simplest.

  • Izzat Honour

Your word, your conduct and your name, kept whether or not anyone is watching.

  • Virsa Heritage

Where we come from, carried with pride and passed on intact.

  • Brotherhood Loyalty

Men who show up for each other, in business, in family and when it counts.

Who The Circle is for

Achievement matters. Character matters more.

  • Punjabi men who are established in their field, or clearly on their way.
  • Men who give respect without condition and expect it in return.
  • Different industries, backgrounds and ways of thinking. We want range in the room.
  • Men who want to build something bigger than their own name.
  • Men who will show up. Membership is a commitment.

How applications work

  1. Apply

Tell us about yourself using the form below. If a member knows you, name them.

  2. The committee reviews it

The founding committee reads every application in confidence, looking at character and fit as well as achievement.

  3. A conversation

If there is a fit, one of the founders will be in touch to arrange a conversation.

  4. An invitation

Membership is offered by invitation. Members have a direct say in who joins.
